Strinsa - Termini e condizioni

Questi termini regolano l'uso di Strinsa, l'app per segnare e analizzare le partite di bowling. Ultimo aggiornamento: 9 ottobre 2026.

1. Accettazione

Scaricando o usando Strinsa accetti questi Termini e la nostra Informativa sulla Privacy. Se non li accetti, non usare l'app. Il servizio è offerto da Carmine La Valle (di seguito "noi").

2. Il servizio

Strinsa ti permette di registrare le tue partite di bowling, consultare le sessioni giocate e analizzare il tuo gioco con statistiche. Alcune funzioni sono gratuite, altre sono incluse in Strinsa Pro.

3. Account

Per sincronizzare i tuoi dati devi creare un account con informazioni corrette. Sei responsabile di mantenere riservate le tue credenziali e di ciò che avviene tramite il tuo account. Puoi eliminare l'account in qualsiasi momento dall'app: con la cancellazione i tuoi dati vengono rimossi come descritto nell'Informativa sulla Privacy.

4. Strinsa Pro (abbonamento)

Strinsa Pro è un abbonamento opzionale che sblocca funzioni aggiuntive dell'app. Le funzioni incluse sono quelle indicate nella schermata di acquisto al momento della sottoscrizione.

  • Piani e prezzi: sono mostrati nell'app prima dell'acquisto, nella valuta del tuo App Store. Strinsa Pro è disponibile con un piano mensile e un piano annuale. Entrambi si pagano in anticipo e si rinnovano automaticamente alla scadenza.
  • Pagamento: l'addebito avviene sul tuo ID Apple alla conferma dell'acquisto.
  • Rinnovo automatico: l'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente alla scadenza, allo stesso prezzo, salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso.
  • Disdetta: puoi gestire o annullare l'abbonamento in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del tuo ID Apple (Impostazioni > il tuo nome > Abbonamenti). Dopo la disdetta mantieni l'accesso fino alla fine del periodo già pagato.
  • Rimborsi: gli acquisti sono gestiti da Apple, quindi le richieste di rimborso vanno inviate ad Apple tramite reportaproblem.apple.com. Restano salvi i diritti di recesso previsti dalla legge per i consumatori.
  • Periodo di prova: la prova è gratuita e dura 7 giorni. Se non annulli almeno 24 ore prima della fine della prova, l'abbonamento si attiva a pagamento. L'eventuale parte inutilizzata della prova viene persa se sottoscrivi prima della scadenza.

Alla scadenza di Strinsa Pro i tuoi dati non vengono cancellati e restano nel tuo account: perdi soltanto l'accesso alle funzioni avanzate incluse nell'abbonamento. Puoi riattivare l'abbonamento in qualsiasi momento per riavere accesso a quelle funzioni.

5. Uso consentito

Ti impegni a usare Strinsa in modo lecito e corretto. Non puoi tentare di accedere ai dati di altri utenti, aggirare le misure di sicurezza o i controlli sugli abbonamenti, fare reverse engineering dell'app, né usare il servizio in modo da comprometterne il funzionamento.

6. I tuoi contenuti

Le partite, i punteggi e le note che inserisci restano tuoi. Ci concedi solo il permesso di conservarli ed elaborarli per fornirti il servizio, come descritto nell'Informativa sulla Privacy. Sei responsabile dell'esattezza dei dati che inserisci.

7. Proprietà intellettuale

L'app, il nome Strinsa, il logo, il design e il codice sono di nostra proprietà o concessi in licenza e sono protetti dalla legge. Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile per usare l'app sui tuoi dispositivi Apple, nei limiti di questi Termini e delle regole dell'App Store.

8. Versione di prova (TestFlight)

Se usi una versione distribuita tramite TestFlight, sappi che è una versione di prova: può contenere errori, cambiare senza preavviso e i dati inseriti potrebbero andare persi. Ti invitiamo a segnalarci i problemi riscontrati.

9. Disponibilità del servizio

Ci impegniamo a mantenere Strinsa funzionante, ma non garantiamo che sia sempre disponibile o priva di errori. Possiamo modificare, sospendere o interrompere funzioni del servizio, ad esempio per manutenzione o aggiornamenti.

10. Limitazione di responsabilità

Strinsa è uno strumento per tenere traccia e analizzare le tue partite, e le statistiche sono fornite a scopo informativo. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non rispondiamo di danni indiretti o della perdita di dati derivanti dall'uso dell'app. Nulla in questi Termini esclude o limita i diritti inderogabili che la legge riconosce ai consumatori.

11. Sospensione e chiusura dell'account

Possiamo sospendere o chiudere un account che violi questi Termini o la legge. Puoi smettere di usare Strinsa in qualsiasi momento ed eliminare il tuo account dall'app.

12. Modifiche ai Termini

Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini. In caso di modifiche rilevanti ti avviseremo nell'app o via email. Continuando a usare Strinsa dopo l'aggiornamento accetti i nuovi Termini.

13. Legge applicabile e foro competente

Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore, restano validi i diritti e il foro previsti dalle norme inderogabili del tuo Paese di residenza. Foro competente per utenti non consumatori: Tribunale di Roma.

Strinsa - Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of Strinsa, the app for recording and analysing bowling games. Last updated: October 9, 2026.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Strinsa you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. The service is provided by Carmine La Valle ("we").

2. The service

Strinsa lets you record your bowling games, review the sessions you played and analyse your game with statistics. Some features are free, others are included in Strinsa Pro.

3. Account

To sync your data you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens through your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app: when you do, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Strinsa Pro (subscription)

Strinsa Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features of the app. The included features are those shown on the purchase screen when you subscribe.

  • Plans and prices: shown in the app before purchase, in the currency of your App Store. Strinsa Pro is available as a monthly plan and an annual plan, both paid in advance and automatically renewed at the end of each period.
  • Payment: your Apple ID is charged when you confirm the purchase.
  • Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of the period, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests must be sent to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory withdrawal rights as a consumer are not affected.
  • Free trial: the trial is free and lasts 7 days. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you will be charged. Any unused part of the trial is forfeited if you subscribe before it ends.

When Strinsa Pro expires, your data is not deleted and stays in your account: you only lose access to the advanced features included in the subscription. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to those features.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Strinsa lawfully and fairly. You may not attempt to access other users' data, bypass security measures or subscription checks, reverse engineer the app, or use the service in a way that impairs its operation.

6. Your content

The games, scores and notes you enter remain yours. You only grant us permission to store and process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

7. Intellectual property

The app, the Strinsa name, the logo, the design and the code are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on your Apple devices, within the limits of these Terms and the App Store rules.

8. Test versions (TestFlight)

If you use a version distributed through TestFlight, be aware that it is a test version: it may contain errors, change without notice, and the data you enter may be lost. Please report any problems you find.

9. Availability of the service

We do our best to keep Strinsa running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the service, for example for maintenance or updates.

10. Limitation of liability

Strinsa is a tool for tracking and analysing your games, and statistics are provided for information only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the mandatory rights that the law grants to consumers.

11. Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the law. You may stop using Strinsa at any time and delete your account from the app.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. By continuing to use Strinsa after an update, you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the rights and the forum provided by the mandatory rules of your country of residence remain valid. Competent court for non-consumer users: Rome.
